Oversee and direct entire supply chain operations, from Customer Care to Logistics for a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric, Inc. Lead manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, transportation, import/export compliance, sourcing and planning functions. Manage a team of four direct reports, including directors and 90 associates with oversight of a $130M raw material budget and $10M expense budget.

Launched and implemented a manufacturing cost-saving initiative focused on decreasing the time from order placement to shipment that reduced overall costs by 4% year over year.

Initiated and rolled out company Visual Management Boards aligning goals with strategic initiatives that helped foster employee interest along with the Executive weekly reviews throughout the organization.
