Senior Project Manager (Contract Position)

Scope: Short term contract to work with the storage team and data facilities on current and future projects

Led a team to develop and implement Ansible, an automated patching solution for over 14,000 servers. The solution replaced Dell’s Blade Logic system.

Worked with the Data center to become a Tier III rated data center. The data center meets the Tier III rating and will remain operational 99.982%.

Implemented Liebert DSE system for Abbott’s main data center. A savings of Abbott of $1.2M within 3 years.

Collaborated with four external vendors to create a comprehensive backup and disaster recovery (DR) solution, streamlining data protection operations across 28 sites while bolstering security against ransomware threats. The result was 3X shorter recovery times, across 86 sites. The solution eliminates $18M in capital expense in year 6.

Identity Management-Project Manager (Contract Position)

Scope: Short term contract to migrate 50+ privileged accounts to SSO Migration: The SSO migration allows the users to login to AWS through a dashboard and manage their own access.

Partnered with application development teams to understand their AWS Roles and security requirements.

Work with the security teams on implementing the defined business roles within Access & Identity Management.

Provide guidance to ensure security policy, compliance requirements, and best-practices are implemented across the McDonald’s environment.
