Responsibilities include: Point person during our budget process communicating with the department managers, developing budget worksheets for the managers, calculating variable overhead standard cost rate for cost centers through activity based costing, and calculating utility usage and cost forecast. Develop trend analyst measuring productivity and efficiency of material and labor. Pay back analysis for capital projects, reporting of actual expenses to the budget, maintain the fixed asset Sage software and prepare annual property tax reports. Calculate contribution margin for individual parts from sales and cost factors of our parts sold.
