oOracle, including Chargebacks Users for service center operations that include service order project setup, agreement funding, cost transfers, Purchase Requisitions, Non-PO Purchases, Accruals, PO Commitment Reclass, iProcurement, and SNL Projects

oUtilizes corporate applications including Cost/Project Estimating Tools, Resource Management Tool (RMT)

oWeekly and adhoc report generation using RMT, CET/PET, Power BI, and ARC/Tabular with Pivot Tables

oInvestigated and adjusted projections with the team leads

oMaintain confidentiality with department financials, including budget, costs, and rate information

oWorks closely with multiple Level 1 Managers, Senior Managers, BMPs, and CBAs

oWorks with external sponsors to track incoming funding, projections, budget, labor, travel, and chargebacks

oKnowledge of Cost Accounting Standards

Procurement Experience:

o2 years’ experience as Sandia Delegated Representative (SDR) for 35+ PO Contracts

oEffectively managed an OIG audit of the contract and deliverables team

oCoordination, reconciliation and tracking of purchases that exceed $2.5M annually

oDevelop/Review Statement of Work (SOW) and Sole-Source/Sole-Make Justifications

oFollows up on orders placed, verifies delivery, approves payment, performed price audits, and maintains necessary records

oImplementation of Quality Level assignment, inspection process, and record maintenance

oDocumented for Managers and Technical Staff

4+ years’ experience working with and/or developing various database management applications including Resource Management Tool, Excel, PowerBI, and SQL

Excellent communication skills and teamwork

4+ years’ experience working full-time with a course load of 18+ credit hours

Willingness to learn new corporate applications and technology

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Managed Sandia property
