Selected Accomplishments

Change Management for Large System Implementation (CHI). Performs assessment of large and functionally/geographically diverse population, and subsequently provided recommendations, metrics, tools and plans for managing a long-tail program change for 98 Hospitals systems and physician groups. Follows change through several stages of implementation, working with incident management team, helpdesk and multiple business units to resolve issues.

Co-Development and executed formal Lessons Learned Program (CHI). Developed a large-scale lessons learned program from the ground up, employing business psychology tactics to remove emotional barriers to productivity during change, as well as obtain actionable feedback. Designed and managed capture tools, process, follow-through plan and delivery.

Designed Collaborative, Dynamic Findings and Recommendations Reporting Vehicle (CHI). A new vehicle for chronicling and housing documentation detailing the processes employed to assess and manage an impending large-scale change was desired. A dynamic, electronically shared document using hyperlinks to compile the assessment, analysis and recommendations of a large and diverse population of impacted workers was designed to function as a website, with differing levels of access to information based upon role.

Development of External Change Management Program Offering (Ricoh). Internal marketing initiative using Change Management as a differentiator launched. Assisted leading manager in building program and selecting team members to construct a first-to-market offering in the industry marketplace. Designed templates, including the original draft of the core deliverable.

Grew revenue by 62% and gross margin by 55% at a large-scale Bank Client (Ricoh). Customer satisfaction levels and targeted production measurements were well below acceptable. Introduced innovative revenue-producing service offerings and quality control measurements. Implemented marketing programs designed to raise client awareness levels. Service and resulting throughput increased by 30% and customer reversed decision to cancel $5M contract. P&L responsibility of $5M.

Saved One Million in annual Cost and improved Shipping Process (Eastern Metal Supply). Reviewed current shipping and mailing vendors, as well as current processes. Negotiated a contract with UPS to be the preferred vendor for small to large packages. Re-engineering methods to improve processes, reduce risk, increase control and increased customer satisfaction. The first year’s ROI was over One Million in savings in shipping cost. Customers also saw improved handling of their inventory and quality of received packages.
