1. Current Profile:

- Worked as Senior Static Equipment Engr & my role includes to conduct mechanical engineering activities related to static equipment from:
Conceptual design through engineering studies, Front end engineering design (FEED), detail engg. design, procurement & construction phase (EPC phase), installation & commissioning phase till handing over of the project.
My role involves following major activities:
Review of invitation to bid (ITB) documents received from client, technical clarification with client based on ITB documents.
Basic engineering design including material selection based on process design conditions and do calculation for Static Equipment – Pressure vessels, column, reactors, storage tanks, TEMA exchangers (U-tube, Floating head(AES or AET type), stacked etc.)
To produce Engineering deliverables such as Specifications /Requisitions/ Data sheets / Engineering Drawings.
Review & comment process datasheets, P&ID, process flow diagram.
To carry out technical Clarifications with vendors and prepare Bid Evaluation Reports.
Equipment Weight estimation/BM/BQ preparation.
Prepare foundation loading data for civil team.
Develop, update & monitor schedule for Static equipment for in-house activities.
Interface with other disciplines such as Piping, Instrumentation, Process, Civil & Construction.
Meeting with different disciplines, client & participation in HAZOP session. Kick off meeting, Pre-inspection meeting (PIM) with Vendor.
Vendor Documentation Review/Approval / Review Manufacturer Data Report (MDR)
