Tanzania Buildings Agency.

January 2016 to December 2020.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Agency’s monthly salary payroll (Net pay and deductions) and conducts regular checks on

payroll and verify amendment against payroll listings.

• Payroll processing for 26 regions in the Agency.

• Performing monthly payroll reconciliation, preparing salary arrears, and monitoring Salary advance.

• Prepare estimate and review payroll taxes.

• Prepare and manage tax returns and make online tax payments.

• Record Payroll journal entries.

• Ensure the Agency’s compliance with the statutory tax laws.
