§ Responsible for managing a team of 6 members, for multiple detailed online projects, from conception through to completion, controlling all aspects of the campaign and working closely with the account executive and clients to keep them aware of the status of the project, including milestones and risk issues.

§ First hybrid project manager (digital and print PM), to help in the streamline department.

§ Managed one of the three most important promotions from Air Miles: “Super Bonus Event”: A $25,000.00 average budget campaign that started with 12 issues and increased to 32 issues within one year. § Managed quarterly digital updates for Rogers’ online magazine. Improved the production by introducing a report/data template that helped the entire team to efficiently track completed material.
