I developed and coordinated varied emergency planning, mitigation, response, and recovery programs for the county working with all levels of emergency response disciplines. I helped developed and implement the county employee safety program and conducted safety inspections, meetings, and provided training to various departments. I assisted with fire inspections and emergency medical calls as needed. I served as the Safety Coordinator for the county and did all safety inspections and investigation of accidents for the county. I remain current in knowledge in all safety program. I was the safety trainer for all new employees of the county. I am also the county Fire Marshal and over see all the volunteer fire departments, Fire safety program and all fire inspections and permits.
