Achieved raising the profile of educational research in Uzbekistan to the high standard at the IDRC NORRAG KIX initiative globally through professional project management, accounts management, network building and coordinating effective communication. Managed a project team (of 7 high-skilled professionals) to produce the research on the ‘Context Analysis of the school teachers’ professional standards and competencies framework in Uzbekistan’ for UNESCO and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education in Uzbekistan in 2023. The research document was accepted as a baseline for the Global Partnership in Education (GPE) funded UNESCO and UNICEF project for teacher competencies and standards development in Uzbekistan in 2024-2027

Managed and ambitious Education Reform project, worth 20 million USD in total, funded by USAID in Uzbekistan, called English Speaking Nation (ESN). Developed Strategic Vision and Project Plan for ESN in Uzbekistan, advised on budget planning and project administration in 2019-2020. Established new partnerships and built sustainable business development plan (2017-2019) to foster the growth of the Examinations Business for the British Council Uzbekistan despite strong competition which resulted in the country examination business retaining its market leadership and the biggest regional income budget in Europe and Central Asia

Trained around 20 k teachers and trainers over the 17 years of my career in education since 2007 face-to-face, remotely and in a hybrid mode, mainly working for the British Council, Ministry of Education in Uzbekistan, UNICEF, UzTEA (Uzbekistan Teachers of English Association)
