I’m very motivated to successful management leaders professional in residential, commercial construction with more than 15 + years experiences in large scale construction, healthcare laboratory, auto repair mechanic, retail food management, cellular programming, ECU auto repair circuit board, construction custom cabinet design and computer programming. I’ m extremely working hard employee with strong dedication hearten and commitment that I used my talent to powerful tool to became successful employee and self-employee with challenging and rewarding. I was enjoying resolving staff problem, leadership skill and quality control.

The sun is rising from East, I would build construction from West and that’s who I am, however the Sun gone down from West than I would build from East and that’s make me happy. It doesn’t matter master diploma from any University but I loved challenging with my knowledge working co-my brain.

I don’t hold any ideas for myself but I loved to share it my peers and friends so we could build better today and in the future generation.

I loved my hero father, he was a South Viet Nam Marine with US Marine during Viet Nam war, however my father was a civil engineering and I have learned so much from him. He usually said, “Son 1 hand won’t nothing, 2 hands was just ok and 3 hands can build a home”. Moreover, as a strong leader can guild the team working correctly, better and be stronger in the future with a team player.

My father passed away 2 years from now and I would use my talents, skill and knowledge to share with my peer’s construction to make the world shining for our hard work and children in the future.

Everyone loved working with me because I am truly friendly heart person, happy, cheerful and joyful to be with.

I have two sons and a daughter and my wife is working extremely hard to take care them growing up and they’re working for Boeing now but they will becomes electrical engineering.

I loved and extremely enjoy construction however I would finish my master civil engineering in the near future.

However, safety is my top priority and it doesn’t matter what field that I am working.
