Responsibilities

As a highly skilled Engineer, I have extensive experience in servicing, scheduling maintenance, and troubleshooting Wartsila 18V46 Engines, each with a capacity of 17.5MW and a total of 17 sets. Here are some of my key

responsibilities and achievements:

Overhauled multiple engines by removing, servicing, and installing cylinder heads; removing and installing cylinder liners and pistons; calibrating injectors; maintaining fuel pumps; grinding and cutting inlet and exhaust valves and valve seats; replacing big end and main bearings;

polishing crank pins and journals; removing, testing, and installing lube oil and charge air coolers; maintaining drive units for inlet, exhaust, and fuel pumps; and checking and setting fuel injection timing, among other tasks.

Conducted thorough inspections of various engine components, taking different measurements and checking wear limits according to the manufacturer's specifications.

Managed schedule maintenance and troubleshooting of Alfa Laval Lube oil and Fuel oil Purifiers, ensuring they are functioning optimally and meeting the required performance standards.

Expertly serviced, installed, and manually cleaned ABB TPL-75 turbine wheels, compressors, and nozzle rings.

Responsibilities

Worked as a Project Engineer during an Erection time of 180 Ton/hr. Dual fuel Water tube boiler and 35 MW Steam Turbine.

Responsible for Manpower handling and motive the worker to do the work properly in time.

Responsible for allowing the workers, welders and fitters to do their task according to proper dimension with drawing, safe work permit and NDT test of welding joint.

Worked as an Operation Engineer in a 60 T/H Boiler and 6MW steam Turbine plant for hands-on training.

Operation of Water Treatment Plant, Chemical dosing (HP and LP) in water, maintain proper water quality for boiler with correct pH, TDS and other properties and send the boiler water for the chemical report to the lab.
