Maazda Realty performs occupancy checks within eight hours of assignment. Asset
managers receive immediate updates via text message with software systems that
guarantee same-day updates.
Vacant property — Initiate property preservation if applicable for re-keys, boardups,
trashouts, utilities transferral, and maintenance; follow-ups performed within 24 hours.
Occupied property — Inform eviction attorney immediately via phone call and email
and await further instructions. Staff remains in touch with eviction attorney daily or
as needed. Maazda Realty negotiates Cash 4 Keys with a 97% success rate, and our
continual follow through with former owners/tenants ensures on-time moveouts.
Upon vacancy — Immediate rekeys are performed or property preservation is initiated
if interior BPOs are required. Staff is available at the courthouse representing clients for
any property related issues, AMs are immediately updated.
Weekly inspections — Performed with date and time stamped photos. Monthly/
immediate status reports include property conditions and recommendations to market.
