Career in a Nut-Shell: Medicine as my platform and become leader with the prime support of Management program like, PG-Dip in Hospital Admin,M.B.A., Executive Course in Hospital Management from IIMA. The Journey:

I have started my journey in the year 1985 with an MBBS qualification from Mumbai University. I have been an intern for an year soon after MBBS especially serving rural area. Later I have worked as a Medical officer, Family physician, Medical Officer – Administrator before holding the Hospital Administration and begun the leadership role in the year 2004. I have also served as Deputy Medical Superintendent and climbed to be Senior Medical Superintendent. In the mid of 2011 I had been elevated to be a Chief Executive Officer for one year &seven months and I was holding a position as a Medical Superintendent at Hinduja Hospital for 6 years. Now I have joined as CEO in Raptakos &Brett Co.Ltd which is coming up with a150 bedded Pediatric Hospital in Thane. All these Thirty two years I have served based in Mumbai.

Academia:

Medicine is my dream, completed MBBS from Grant Medical College, sir J.J. Hospital, Mumbai University in the year 1985 but having enough knowledge in the various arena is a must, so I took a Post-Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration from Indian Hospital Administration (affiliated to the international Hospitals Association, London) in the year 2001. The fast running business world will become a mystery had I not passed M.B.A. from the National Institute of Management, Mumbai in First Division in 2009. The thirst continued to do M-PHIL in Business Management from D.Y.PATIL Institute of Management Studies in 2012. The sweetness is added with an “Executive Course in Hospital Management” from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad in 2017. I have completed a Course in Strategic Management From Indian Institute of Management(IIM) Ahmedabad. I have also completed a Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era from IIM Lucknow(Sept 2020---July 2021).

I am currently pursuing an Advanced Course in General Management
