Key Achievements:

•Led a digital transformation initiative that enhances the Investment Management Client Experience (IMCX). This $20M+ initiative invests in several pillars that will deliver organic industry differentiating solutions that leverage enterprise frameworks.

•Directed a strategic initiative to implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as an enterprise Content Management System (CMS) platform yielding an initial savings of $1.5M.

•Engineered a $4M digital transformation of the Dreyfus Cash Investment Strategies Cash Portal for Institutional Investors that was delivered on budget and within 10 months.

•Assembled and cultivated an incredible team that delivered numerous high visibility and enabling Sales and Marketing solutions for multiple globally based Investment Management boutiques and businesses. Solutions included an Enterprise federated Customer Relationship Management (i.e., Salesforce.com), scalable next generation Digital Marketing Website, and enriched Marketing Automation.

Directed a $17M technology budget with 120 IT professionals with 55% represented by offshore engagements. The IT organization attained and maintained Integrated Capability Maturity Model (iCMM) Level 3 in 2007. Fostered diversity, equity, and inclusion and talent development through service as Chairman of the Dreyfus Diversity Council and a mentor in the Dreyfus Mentoring Program.

•Led the implementation of the Charles River Order Management System (OMS) onto five of Dreyfus’ trading desks to handle pre-and post-trade compliance.

•Orchestrated the firm’s approval and adoption of the Apple iPad affording a secure and engaging client experience which heightened sales volume while establishing our firm as an industry early adopter.

•Established a $1M offshore partnership that fostered a team-oriented practice to address management reporting of recent product acquisitions, intermediary client-facing and risk mitigation of Investment Accounting systems. These engagements leveraged mainframe, eCommerce, and analytical skill sets from the offshore vendors.

•Directed the Dreyfus Technology Steering Committee (i.e., heads of the Dreyfus business line) in the appropriate strategic and tactical engagement of IT resources. Coupled with the corporate goals, the utilization of IT portfolio management and a resource allocation forecast facilitated those decisions.

•Served on the Board of Directors for the Dreyfus Charitable Trust.
