I. Smartcare Usage

A) Time off requests

B) Documentation Training

• Management will contact you if you need this training C) Call the office to add client activities to the schedule II. Scheduled shifts on smartcare

A) Spending the entire time at your shift

• If you do not stay the entire shift, you will not receive admin time for the difference in time that you did not see the client

• Make conversation with your client

1. Keep things professional in the topics you discuss

• Slow down and do a thorough job

1. Verify that you did your job to the best of your ability

• Completing documentation on your shift

1. Document what transpired in your shift in an appropriate manner 2. Make sure the client is satisfied with your service for the shift B) Shift responsibilities

• Do not run personal errands while scheduled with a client – company time

• Clocking in/out of all shifts on time

1. If this does not occur, you are expected to call the office 515-***-**** so that scheduling/billing will be informed
