Setup the brand-new customers account in ERP system with contract details received from Underwriters and sales representative.

Process the invoices in the Quick-books system along with the required adjustments and share them with clients.

Process payments through wire, check, ACH, credit card and NACHA payment methods.

Reconcile the credit remittance in the bank and apply the payments to the outstanding due invoices.

Regular follow-up with the clients to clear due premiums and to reduce the delinquent accounts.

Analyze the payments received from various source like ACH, wire and checks.

Preparations of wrap files and update the applied payments on daily and weekly basis to reflect the accruals files.

Setup new groups (companies) in the system with the data received through GBA forms/Proposal/ signed exhibits.

Work on renewals groups and process invoices as per the signed renewals proposal.

Generate and Validate invoices as per the eligibility file received from the Implementation team.

Track the adjustments (additions/Deletions/plan/coverage changes) on the invoices as per the client request on monthly basis.

Share the invoices to the groups (companies) and process invoices for payments in the bank as per payment method (NACHA, ACH, wire, Credit card).

Reconcile the bank on daily basis and post the payments to the outstanding due invoices.
