Define a framework to deliver a business enabled HR function across the Company creating confidence as a trusted people partner, advisor and champion of people based best practice in support of their business. Drive the effort to transform the HR role through the introduction of HR best practices. Define strategic people plans supporting business objectives and corporate synergies to enable the company to achieve a long -term growth oriented motivated, engaged and high performing workforce

Develop and execute a People Plan strategy in conjunction with the Managements leadership team aligned to the Company’s business strategy with a focus on People Operations and People Experience. Monitor and measure achievement and communicate this in an open and transparent manner to create purpose driven and engaged team. Influence and advice business leaders to create a high-performance culture. Be a trusted adviser and coach who guides leaders through critical people and business situations.

Partner with business leaders on a range of HR matters related to HR business partnering and internal policies/ways of working. Drive the Company’s HR Generalist Service in a timely manner.

Develop and execute robust and relevant manpower planning/optimization policies to ensure that the Company has the right manpower to fulfil its obligations

Develop and execute an innovative recruitment and selection strategy that ensures that the Company attracts and retains the right talent for the right role and employee onboarding policies to ensure that new employees are mobilized in a timely, consistent and smooth manner such that there is minimal disruption to the Company.

Develop and execute a range of learning and development programs for employee training, development and career progression. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Extensive functional experience in implementation and utilization of HR technology solutions such as HRIS / HRMS systems to streamline HR processes and improve data analytics. (Headed the implementation and post training of SAP, Focal, Adrenalin and Horizon like HRMS for the group companies across GCC)

Promote a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, welfare, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Address workplace issues and grievances as they arise.

Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

Manage the HR department's budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and allocation of resources to support HR initiatives. HR OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION

Ensure maintenance of office / Business infrastructure and IT needs in order
