Position: Mechanical Project Consultant – Mechanical Engineering Department Office Address: Barangay Trapiche, Oton, Iloilo City, Philippines Nature of Business: Contracting and Consulting Firm Duties and Responsibilities:

01) Responsible for all inspection of materials arriving at site as per specification & standards. 02) Performing inspection of installation and monitoring phases of quality control of work. 03) Performing inspections to all mechanical shop and coordination drawings applied to project sites. 04) Conduct Design for Mechanical (HVAC and Fire Fighting) tender design drawing lay-out. 05) Ensure that the work is done in compliance with the project specifications, applicable standards, and Client’s requirements.

06) Review Mechanical Engineering design submittals for the Design drawing, BOQ & Specifications. 07) Responsible for overall design of mechanical project and equipment needed for commercial and industrial buildings.

08) Coordinate with the project management in monitoring the administrative aspect of project operation. 09) Responsible for all concerned/damaged report and project status to the top management. 10) Perform other tasks assigned by consulting management from time to time. Project Assignments:

Position: Project Engineer – Mechanical Engineering Department Office Address: Barangay Trapiche, Oton, Iloilo City, Philippines Nature of Business: Contracting and Consulting Firm Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Assist the project manager in monitoring the overall mechanical project. 2) Assist the project manager for equipment design in building installation in the project area. 3) Liaise with the Consultants/Client’s Representative for the quality control inspections. 4) Provide the corresponding QC documents in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plan. 5) Responsible for contributing to the achievement of project target within the covered areas. 6) Supervises workshop on maintenance technicians, installers in proper monitoring for installation. 7) Coordinate with the project manager in monitoring the administrative aspect of project operation. 8)
