To provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. to oversee administrative and clerical activities; greet and direct office visitors; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents; and make arrangements for meetings and travel.

Preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet with respective Schedules.

Maintaining of Fixed Asset register and preparation of Depreciation Statement

Scrutinizing the Contractor Bills and make payments.

Maintaining records for movable and immovable assets. Cash Flow statement.

Preparing MIS to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. monthly profitability, turnover, product wise performance, unit wise profitability & quarterly result as per the requirement of management, etc.

Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards. Bank Reconciliation and Control over Payables.

Maintenance of Stores inventories, age-wise stock, slow moving and non-moving stock.

Executive Secretary Responsibilities:

Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
