Having recently retired from private practice, I am pursuing a career in which I can continue to use my skills as a compassionate and caring person, and long standing business owner. Professional History:

Owner and physician at Pappas Chiropractic Center and Associates L.L.C., from July 1988 to March, 2023.

During that time, I had the privilege of receiving thousands of referrals from local physicians, both general practitioners and specialists, particularly neurosurgeons.

In addition to treating patients, I was involved in all aspects of managing and fulfilling administrative tasks in the office. During my ownership I oversaw approximately 20 physicians who we employed, as well as directly and indirectly supervised support staff.

My academic pursuits led me from 1997-1999, to the completion of over 320 hours in post-graduate education toward a diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology. In addition I pursued approximately 100 hours in additional training in spinal MRI interpretation.

A moderate percentage of our clients were personal injury patients, putting us in the medico-legal field, where we provided second opinion, and expert witness testimony.

My facility was eventually recognized for our role in educating other physicians and became an adjunct teaching facility for New York Chiropractic College.

Outside and additional professional pursuits: In year 2019, I co-partnered in a start-up business Good Home Properties L.L.C. In that role I successfully entered into real estate investing implementing a large skill base in remodeling, supervising sub- contractors, material acquisition, and complying with state and local building codes.
