Started in Carpenters union in early eighties in South Florida, doing layout framing, form, and drywall hanging. Moved almost immeadiatly to lead carpenter mostly podium type multi family, condos, schools and hotels ( high rise.became Forman (working) then moved to Los Angeles Ca, working on towers metal framing and drywall, became supervisor then moved to Las Vegas doing strip casinos and podium type multifamily towers, casino malls, mall stores, schools, hospitals, clinics,also would work jobs in Southern Ca at times, Disney projects, concert halls, luxury hotels, lots of tenant improvement jobs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Became Superintendent at some point on many t I jobs and others, many offices and condo type towers. Celebrity homes. Went to Company sent me to Stockton when economy slumped and ran prison hospital job then casino in Rohnert Park. Worked as Superintendent for company doing t I jobs for San Francisco housing authority.couple hospitals in San Francisco and most recently as Superintendent on 75 house community in Santa Rosa CA.
