I got trained on how to pack orders that will go to ups,fedex,how to delete an order from the system and reprint a new label for it also how to do B2B witch was just bigger amounts of hats.Then I got trained on how to pick order witch I had to make sure that the hat or shoe was matching what the scanner was telling me,how to do location look up witch was looking up the shoe if it wasn’t were it was supposed to be at.Then I got trained on how to do inventory witch was were I needed to count the items and move them to a different location, or if there was a smaller amount of hats and there were in a big box they showed me how to change the label on it and get a new one so I would be able to switch it to a smaller one.They also showed me how to do returns witch was if the customer wasn’t satisfied with the shoe they’ll return it and you had to make sure you deeply cleaned it to the point were there wouldn’t be no stains on it,not cat or dog hair,human hair or any type of small trash on the shoe and they showed me if there was any stains on them that couldn’t come of u had to bag them and put a label on it describing what was wrong with it.
