• Developed and lead the organization wide maintenance and reliability excellence initiatives which includes:

i. Implementation of risk based reliability centered maintenance technique (RCM-III) starting from GAP analysis, trainings, Assets Criticality analysis and FMECA analysis on critical assets using AssetcoreXL tool.

ii. Systematic Failure analysis using FRACAS technique. iii. Systematic root cause analysis to mitigate the repeating failures by implementation of corrective actions like re-designing, maintenance procedures changes and PM optimization. iv. Spare parts optimization using Risk based inventory management and spare parts criticality analysis.

v. Oracle Fusion implementation as per Reliability Centered Maintenance standards.

• Work together with IT department to create Maintenance BI dashboard to show maintenance department performance and KPI’s i-e PM & CM work order closures, Work Requests SLA status, Maintenance Cost and Failure Analysis.

• Assets life cycle cost analysis to provide basis for repair and replace decisions.

• Study and technical reporting on different business cases i-e new filling lines, plant modifications and enhancements.

• Managing KPIs like OEE improvement, Maintenance Cost, PM&CM work orders closure, Setup & Changeover time reduction and Overtime reduction.

• Leading the Maintenance Forum across three plants (Jeddah, Riyadh & Dubai).
