Develop and sell unique snack foods/cookies to supermarkets, natural food retailers/distributors, warehouse clubs, and chain drug stores. In addition, I created a bulk candy food service subsidiary, "Planet Sweets,” with distribution to corporate, college, and hospital cafeterias, lobby shops, and convenience stores.
Key Accomplishments:
I created a line of extruded organic snack foods, "VEGEDIBLES®" and developed a Club Size bag for sale to Sam's Clubs (Wal-Mart).

I was responsible for building and managing a natural snack food division through new product development, expanded market penetration, and acquisitions. This entailed developing a separate budget, hiring a direct sales force, managing a national broker and Distributor network, and sourcing new co-packers. Key Accomplishments as follows:
Developed and introduced three new snack food items.
I grew total sales from $14M to $25M.
I consulted with the BOD on acquisitions of other snack food companies (i.e. "Terra Chips").
