Hand-form burger patties ensuring uniform thickness for even

cooking.

Cook burgers to the desired level of doneness, adhering to internal temperature guidelines for food safety.

Assemble burgers with appropriate toppings, sauces, and garnishes according to customer preferences or the restaurant's standard recipes.

Understand and execute the different cooking temperatures for steak according to customer preferences (e.g., medium-rare, medium, well- done).

Operate and manage grilling equipment efficiently and safely, maintaining proper temperatures and cooking times. Grill various meats, seafood, and vegetables to the desired level of doneness, following established recipes or customer requests. Monitor food during the grilling process to prevent burning or undercooking.

Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards, including regular cleaning of grilling equipment and workstations. Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a clean working environment.

Monitor inventory levels of grilling ingredients, including meats, seasonings, buns, and condiments.
