Reporting to the Technical Center Manager of F&P LATAM, led the strategic project of building a new Herbicides production line, managing all disciplines involved (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, UT, HVAC). Adopting the FEL methodology and best project management practices, conducted equipment and facility procurement processes, negotiating, and optimizing processes to ensure solutions aligned with FMC's global standards.

Managed multidisciplinary teams of 23 internal employees and third-party companies.
