Adopting the FEL methodology and best project management practices, conducted equipment and facility procurement processes, negotiating, and optimizing processes to ensure solutions aligned with FMC's global standards.

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and Innovation in Brazil, led the management of large-scale strategic projects from investment proposal conception to final delivery, ensuring PMO methodology application across the project portfolio. Managed multidisciplinary teams of 23 internal employees and third-party companies.

• Responsible for establishing the Project Management Office (PMO) in Brazil, integrated with the headquarters in France, effectively managing a portfolio of over 30 projects and an annual value of 50 million Euros.

BOSCH REXROTH – Senior Project Portfolio Manager – PMO Latam 04/2014 – 11/2016

Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering at the headquarters in Germany, responsible for implementing the Project Management Office for Latin America. Led teams of 70 people across multiple countries, including project engineers, sales team engineers, and field technicians, as well as coordinating third-party companies.

• Managed the entire lifecycle of projects and programs in Latin America, including planning, risk management, and resources focusing on people safety, process efficiency, and environmental sustainability, using FEL / Gates methodology.
