• Analyzed competitive landscape and performed company and industry analysis to develop M&A strategies. Performed quarterly valuation analysis of all lines of businesses (LOBs), which included discounted cash flows (DCFs), dividend discount models (DDMs), comparable transactions analysis, trading comp and balance sheet analysis. Supported M&A strategies by sourcing, planning, executing and supporting the integration of new transactions.

• Led and coordinated the development and validation of all financial and business assumptions with heads of businesses and internal corporate partners. Performed extensive due diligence in transactions.

• Managed overall due diligence process with both internal groups and external advisors including over 200 people in one single cross border transaction.

• Worked on over 100 potential transactions across 6 of BNY Mellon’s business lines, including multi-billion-dollar transactions.

• Led and supported negotiation of commercial terms, interacted with external parties including investment bankers and consultants.

• Contributed to the creation of a portfolio with over 30 FINTECH investments that support the company’s Digital strategy and Industry Utility consortium initiatives including technology such as Machine Learning, artificial intelligence, asset tokenization, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
