CNH Industrial America (New Holland, PA) April, 2006 – December, 2022 Project Manager / Business Analyst – (Sept 2012 – Dec 2022) Subject matter expert on the Purchasing Methodology team focusing on process improvements and simplification. I was the primary customer support contact for the old mainframe- based application. The team then underwent an extensive rollout of SAP S4/HANA Direct Purchasing module to replace the prior system. I gathered and developed business requirements and formed functional designs then was the key contributor working closely with the technical design team to provide a successful system launch. I was both the primary software trainer for the end users and the key contact for the IT teams where I designed UAT scenarios and received end-user approval. Maintain and manage the relationship with various software vendors to continue the life cycle of design, testing and rollout for multiple, competing priorities of proprietary software. Manage the $5M budget. Ajilon Inc. (Mechanicsburg, PA) May, 1997 – April, 2006 Ajilon Key Business Analyst for Case New Holland – (Nov 1999 – April 2006) Manage the Level 3 support process receiving incidents from Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia/New Zealand, North America and Canada. Track and classify root cause of issue, the impact and roll out corrections or updates. Train the support team on new software enhancements as released. Create and maintain supporting documentation and Guide for End Users. Create and maintain documentation for the help desk analysts to use during troubleshooting. Provide third level technical support, including TCP/IP, modem and dialup networking troubleshooting, for in-house communications software and basic windows functions as well as website applications and catalog software.
