Sending follow up mails to internal stakeholders of BALIC for the concerns raised by customer. Raising a Service request to cases which needs support and forwarding the case towards internal team.
Highlighting and escalating the issues faces by customer to grievance team Out calling customer's for their Policy renewal.
Answers to various queries raised by the customer in regards to their Policy, Payment and Benefits etc
Encourage customer for on time payment of premium for their policy Educate customer about the benefits of having insurance and paying the premium on time. Education
