1. Acceptance and Execution of Cargo:

Ensure export Air cargo Valuable & general cargo shipments are dispatched on time within the given SLA agreed with the customers.

Ensure export Sea cargo Valuable & general cargo shipments are dispatched on time within the given SLA agreed with the customers.

Daily cycle count of the stock of general cargo & valuable cargo products in a structured chronological manner location by location.

Physical check all the valuable products and put away the cargo within 24 hours for valuables and 48 hours for general cargo products.

Ensure that the DGR packing is done within the guidelines of the government authority & Dnata.

Picking, packing of all cargo for which the order has been received from the customer.

Filing claim with the origin in case of any discrepancy in stock.

Maintain a high level of customer service and deal with utmost respect and politeness. Ensure all customer interactions are done in a professional, courteous and well organised manner.

Ensure all cargo / inspection slip is delivered only to authorise persons, POD (Proof of Delivery) is captured within the time frame.

Ensure Vehicle maintenance / Forklift servicing is checked. Re-charging of Forklift battery is carried out at regular intervals.

Operating Systems: Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/07

Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Power point, Excel)
