• Setup up safety equipment upon arrival to customers home (ladder, ladder strap, gutter guard if needed)

• Consolidate plans and layout with team

• Measure outline of solar module .

• Find roof stud and pre drill within Solar module chalk outline for mounting attachment's.

• attach rails with rail nuts that is provided using a 1/2 or 7/16 socket (impact drill)

• Mount Solar optimizers per each solar panel on top of rails . Bolt in optimizers according to each solar panel .

• String Optimizers according to plans

• Connect optimizers running to j Box (Junction Box/Solo Box)

• Bend conduit for optimizers that cannot reach each other (jumpers) & or for PV strings to be ran to an LB then ran to j Box .

• Install copper grounds per each rail with mounted optimizers & or rails with gaps that need to be grounded as well that also have optimizers .

• Install female & male heads for jumpers and positive & negatives to be ran home . Run PV Strings from positive & negative heads through conduit if needed -Black +Red (PV wires)

• Zip Tie loose optimizer wires to rails neatly .

• Install J Box and pull strings through and copper ground.

• Once panel ready take all necessary photos and photo of sticker map .

• Braid solar panels and or lift, carry on a ladder or hand to coworker using safety harnesses for better support if on top of roof grabbing panels . Install panels on top of rails according to each outline/Layout.

• Wire nut all positive & negative strings & ground green wire & copper ground together with brown c taps using c tap crimpers.

• Once all solar panels are laid out, correct photos must also be taken for proof and insurance of installation . System must read all panels and be commissioned by crew lead . Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate
