up in Thandya industrial area Mysore. This is the first plant in India who
works on Crude nicotine and exports. Industry come under API-Pharma.
o Working in Green Field project.
o Recruitment - Taking care of end to end recruitment.
As per structured manpower plan, screen, interview, and match applicant
with open positions, background and reference checks, Salary Negotiation,
fitment preparation, offer letter releasing and extend offer and employee
on-boarding. Responsible for Carrying out induction for new joiners and
ensuring that they are incubated to the policies and procedures of
the company.
o Bulk hiring through Recruitment Drives - conducted 6 drives in 4 months
and recruited more than 40 members
o Working on Candidate fitment individually and releasing the offer letter
and ensure candidates joined our company.
o Payroll: Taking care of entire payroll workings - As of now its manual.
With regards to Employee's attendance, leaves, Salary, Deductions for
both staff and trainees
o Identifying vendors for different requirements and negotiations: For
example, in green field project we need to set up each area like canteen,
OHC, working area etc.
o Performance Appraisal - Effectively setting Competencies and initiating
annual/half yearly appraisals with unit HR.

programs at project level as per pharma requirement.
