Responsibilities: Firmware upgrades, Bios Updates, Azure, packaging software with PowerShell, installing software, troubleshooting software and hardware. Replacing laptop keyboards, batteries, and other components. Submitting warranty work. Rewired backroom removing over 100 Cat5e cables replacing with fiber wire and switches at each station for imaging computers. Back up SSDs via VHD hard drives to comply with URAC and other policies. Assisted with New hire orientation in the portion of technology and getting new users set up with devices. Additional skills include programming and looking for ways to improve processes. I reduced the amount of time the HR orientation portion took from 4 hours to just over 3 hours while increasing participation and information retention.
