Contracts Director

Recruited as a result of Internal Audit recommendation to oversee commercial vendor contracts process and policy as well as review and validate proper approval flow and financial and legal reviews

Converted the manual (paper) approval process to a fully automated sophisticated approval flow system reducing end to end turnaround time for signed contracts from 3-4 weeks to 1-2 weeks

Scrubbed and data cleansed over 15,000 vendor contracts and built the subsequent monthly analytics and KPIs analysis. Built and maintained a day to day, monthly and quarterly reporting process to capture contract transactions that increased from 100 per month to 400 per month as a result of mergers and subsequent acquisitions.

Built and managed a recurring payment process in Oracle to streamline contractual payments and approvals to high profile content and talent, office and terrestrial lease payments and various music royalty licenses.

Managed over 800 users and was the go-to liaison for all contract related requests and contracts system administration for the entire company. Managed 1 direct Contracts Lead.
