Position – Lead Deployment Technician

Provide lead IT technical support to 4-10 technicians and provided customer point-of-contact for Windows 10 deployments,

In this position I was responsible for the deployment of new and the upgrade of existing PC’s This required backing up user data upgrading unit and restoring user data. This was accomplished thru the use of SCCM, USMT and other migration tools. I also was required to configure new users and to grant access to existing user to different objects in AD. These deployment also included the installation and or transfer of MS Ofc. 365 accounts and syncing of One drive.

11/2015 – 12/2017 TekSystems/MD Anderson Hospital

Position – Associate IT Support Technician ( EPIC Software and VMS HW Installation).

Assists customers and customer departments’ support personnel in resolving assigned hardware, software, integration, and operating system-level problems in the desktop environment including but not limited to: on-site asset installation, problem diagnosis/resolution and advisory information in the use of desktop assets.

Identifies problems, applies optimum solutions and communicates the resolutions to the customers, management and other support personnel.

Own assigned issues, maintains complete, accurate and up-to-date incident tracking information via institutional incident ticketing system through the lifespan of assigned issues. Updated users from windows 7 to 10 via SCCM server while transitioning from a PC to VMware environment.

09/2014 – 12/2015 Smartsource/Chase Bank

Provided break fix, reimaging and IMAC support for Chase Bank branches in the greater Harris Co. area.

11/03/2011 – 08/2014 Decision One/United Airlines.

Provide day to day Desktop Support to Airline personnel under immediate time constraints. This support has grown to include nationwide and South American travel to support the design, SW packaging, implementation, testing, reimaging and standardization of newly produced and hybrid systems.

This job was the results of the Continental/United Airline merger of two totally different IT systems that has to work seamless to the flying public.

07/10/2010 – 11/03/2011 - Various Contract Agencies (TekSystems)

This is a contract assignment to Medline Hospital Supplies.

PC reimaging of 2000 + desktop and laptops with windows 7. Reinstall client profiles, VPN configurations and provide post deployments user training. I was also chosen to go to Chicago and assist with VoIP phone installation project.
