June 2012-November 2013 CRG (Construction Resolution Group) Office Manager

Highway Construction: Responsibilities include ordering office supplies, reviewing/distributing incoming/outgoing mail, Matching field/site tickets with our invoices for processing for payment. Serve as the Human Resources Department process new employees as well as send them to the clinic for drug screens. Maintain HR files. Much of my work with Human Resources is processing paperwork (I-9 to United States Immigration Offices as well as Office of the Texas Attorney General), run criminal background, and E-verify, and issue safety equipment. Health Department- worked in the Nursing Division for an entire year, filed lab slips, and assisted with pregnancy testing and scheduling patient appointments.

Housing and Community Development- worked as an Administrative Assistant for 9 years:

My responsibilities included- log/distribute incoming/outgoing correspondence, attend City Public Meetings, Annual Housing Summit and City Council meetings. This was a HUD funded position working closely with the Community Development Block Grant Program. Type correspondence for Director as well as make travel arrangements for him. Supervision of temporary employees and summer youth employees.

Since September 2022 I have been unemployed due to being diagnosed with Cancer and having several medical appointment, physical therapy and daily radiation treatments. My last required radiation treatment was on January 5, 2024, and I have been in remission since.
