Career Highlights

Steered Lean Startup implementation within Boeing's IT organization, persuading a senior director to establish an agile team dedicated to enhancing ITIL processes. Improved 22 processes and achieved $2.5 million in cost savings.

As Manufacturing Lean Liaison (Boeing), performed mechanic technician tasks were performed from installation of floorboard to kitchens on 787 models. This manufacturing experience while at Boeing allowed me to lead numerous Lean activities for manufacturing supply chain, supporting Obeya rooms activities from various aspects.

Orchestrated the training and implementation of lean 10x methodology for the Boeing Enterprise Shipping System global software application The results were a 25 percent improvement to the supply chain and distribution of parts using the application.
