Senior VP of Operations/ Safety Director – TW Service Inc, September 2010 to March 2023. TW Service is a Third Party Logistics Company with over 80 branches and 1300 associates; supplying logistic services including: Lumping, Selection, Receiving, Office Staffing, Truck Fueling, Truck Washing, and Sanitation. Oversee Operational and Safety functions and provide Customer Service for all of our premier clients. Wrote national contracts and performed account reviews and site visits throughout the country providing our clients with P&L statements and productivity reporting. Implemented Safety Program providing training and monitoring OSHA regulations and making sure to remain in compliance with all facets of government regulations. Branch Manager - MidCo Material Handling, 2009 to 2010. A privately held forklift company with sales of $38M. Responsible for sales, service and parts. Took responsibility for reduction in work force, eliminating cost and bringing the branch out of the red. Divided territories to eliminate excessive travel and increase sales productivity. Increased service PM productivity and decreased loss time in the field. VP Operations, US Foodservice, 2004 to 2008. A $19.5B wholesale food distributor. Oversaw all transportation and warehouse functions.
