For a Harley Davidson Motorcycle the information of the vehicle is retrieved from a Funding Case Type is created from the Dealink external system through Service REST based on Agreement ID. Once the funding work object is created, it goes through multiple stages, steps and is routed to respective work baskets or worklists based on the business rules. The main stages involved in the Case life cycle of a funding case are Documents Received, Documents Approved. Whereas the alternative stages are Funding approved, Documents Pending, Funding Signoff, Illegible Documents, Funding SignOff, Approved Deficient, Documents Rejected and the final Stage is Resolved Completed. The vehicle information is fetched from the dealink with its VIN number.
