I became a line leader in almost a month, and I was working through a temporary service and I had a few more weeks to go before the company was planning on putting me in a supervisor training program, when the gentleman running the temporary service had become behind on paying me and a friend of mine who started with me, after 3 days of him dodging me over the phone I decided I couldn't continue to work with out even a conversation from said temporary service supervisor or owner rather, I learned a great deal about being a leader and what that requires from anyone, and that was the ability to command respect of the other line workers as well as supervisor's that was already in place upon my arrival. So I would say the most important thing I can say I learned out of the mirad of things was people management skills.
