EXPERIENCE

January 2022-Present

BDC Outbound Manager, CALLSOURCE

Current position consists of managing the outbound team agents, as well as maintaining relationships with current dealership service managers. This role also includes setting up campaigns, and creating scripts based on the dealership’s calling needs. Other job duties include making outbound calls for dealership promotions or notifying customers of a recall. Depending on call volumes, there may be times when assistance is provided to the inbound team as well.

May 2021-January 2022

BDC AGENT, VAVENDE

Job duties included scheduling sales appointments for various car dealerships. Customers were called twice a day, in hopes of getting them to come in and test drive. Other responsibilities included communicating with the dealership staff and carrying out their demands. Another job function included training new hires when needed. This job was remote, and used multiple programs such as Eleads, Vin Solutions, Dealer Socket, and Zoom.

MARCH 2018-MAY 2021

SERVICE BDC COORDINATOR, WEST HERR AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

Job functions included scheduling a minimum of 30 service appointments per day, which was done by using various programs such as Xtime and CDK/ADP. This also included using multiple recall sites, such as Dealer Connect, TIS, and Global Connect. Most of the appointments scheduled were for Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, Honda, and Acura. Other manufacturers scheduled included GM, Subaru, Kia, Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, and Infiniti. As well as Mercedes and BMW. Numerous outgoing calls were made daily, with a minimum of 70 calls per day. Outgoing calls were made for follow-up after a service visit, appointment reminders, maintenance and New York State inspections that are due, and when parts have arrived. From 2019-2020, certain managerial duties were performed as the Team Ford assistant. Team Ford included Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, Honda, and Acura manufacturers. Job duties then included answering questions from staff, and service advisors, ordering recall parts, updating web appointments, training team Ford new-hires, and filling in for the supervisor. The decision to step down from this position was a personal choice.

AUGUST 2017 – MARCH 2018

ASSISTANT MANAGER, Cato

Job functions included assisting customers on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms, and at the cash registers. Other duties included opening and closing the store, making the weekly schedule, putting out new stock, and setting up displays. I was also responsible for training new hires and providing direct assistance to the salesclerks. This often-included disciplinary action, as well as coaching them in customer service.
