Hired as the first Sr. Buyer at the Company’s inception; a 50/50 joint venture between GE Aviation and Honda Aero, Inc. The joint venture was formed to design, manufacture, and support turbofan engines. I am responsible for the procurement of engine components for the HF120 Honda jet engine.

Highly fabricate assemblies consisting of castings, forgings, rotating shafts, special coatings and machining.

Manage relationships with supply chain partners to ensure engine program meets FAA certification test requirements.

Manage supplier relationships and supplier process capability assessments.

Consolidated the supply base, thereby leveraging key strategic sources, increase savings and reducing the dependence of non-performing suppliers.
