Using Python: Pandas, Matplotlib, FLASK, Flask-Restful, Flask-SQLAlchemy, and SQLAlchemy to data mine a live AFSIM modeling framework used in a platform simulator. The accomplished results were used to view in real time how the trainee is performing during a scenario. Using Java-JDK (Apache Tomcat) and Maven to connect with Git Bash to bind a AFSIM data source. This binding created a database connection using a REST architectural style.

Spoken at 11+ Raytheon symposia including the Hardware, Manufacturing, and System symposia.

With proven ability to identify analytics solutions to any challenged business need.

Created in real time customer requirements reports by scripting within Classic or New Generation DOORS from integration to product validation. The requirements were inputted into DOORS from a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) SysML. These requirements were pushed to hardware for design. Once completed these requirements were pushed back to Systems for sign off. Wrote and spoke at several Raytheon Symposia on the development of this process.

Developed Graphic User Interface (GUI) for Microsoft office using either Visual Basic Application (VBA) or Python. Using SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence suite to compare the artifact document's revision to its source of truth. The product was sent to Department of Defense (DOD) as a standard process for validating and assuring manufacturing quality.

Managed several Raytheon Hardware (MED) hardware tool suites for upgrades and maintenance. These tools include the Raytheon Peer Review database, SharePoint development, Document Checking database, and Automated Document Tracking tool. Using BOBJ within SAP to develop Systems gap analysis during the entire design lifecycle.

Standardized how manufacturing certifications are tracked across all Raytheon businesses using the Raytheon Learning Management System (RLA)

Data administrator for multiple enterprise-wide data warehouses. One program was to design and implement eLearning management system (LMS). During the program, EVMS charts were used to track the budget and progress of the program by presenting CPI/SPI, EVMS, and Supply Chain values.

Used a Cognos Corp application to develop an ad-hoc reporting method to report off the LMS Data Warehouse. As of 12/06, there were 600 active users of this ad-hoc reporting application. Training material and the wrappers needed to support this reporting was done for several domestic and international Raytheon sites.

Administered (2) enterprise data warehouses – Raytheon Learning Accelerator (RLA) and Human Resources Reporting Management System (HRMS) instructor using ad-hoc reporting techniques. The reporting was done with COGNOS Impromptu

On a team to develop methods for distributing multi-cast, on-demand training events. These methods distribute required training events for maintaining the ISO, CMMI, and EHS requirements.

Designed CAD workstations for the engineers to use to do all the concepts of product design. This network used all design concepts per ANSI Y14.5.
