Kettle Operator
Communicate with fellow operators on daily assignments.
Calculating temperature and amount of zinc deposited into kettle.
Using overhead cranes to secure different size of steel material.
Making any adjustments needed to the material in order for the molten zinc to fall through including making pocket holes using oxyfuel torch.
Using standard time according to material and company procedures to submerge into molten zinc.
Lifting material at a certain angle and speed making sure all molten zinc is ran through the material properly while clearing all ash the material lets off.

Maintaining shop yard.
Unloading different size of steel material using yard lift.
Tagging material according to paperwork.
Staging material wherever necessary keeping organized as much as possible.
Loading company trucks with different material for onsite build.
Pulling orders/material according to supervisor from yard to continue in shop operations.

Assisting lead search and pull material according to paperwork using yard lift.
Taking directions from lead on measurements put in place on press brake according to paperwork.
Feeding press brake flat welded rebar and placing it on measurements in order to form steel cages needed for the next process to build concrete pipe.
