Completed a gap analysis by understanding the AS-IS process flow and mapping this into a swim lane diagram using BMPN. The TO BE features of the chosen CRM were illustrated in a use case diagram using UML.

Elicited requirements from the Product Owner and translated these into SMART user stories. Liaised with developers to ensure the CRM and landing page met requirements and integrated well with other systems.
