June 2019 to present

Evolved MRACC into a fintech lending company, established it from groundwork up to product launch and deployment in the market. Responsible for meeting MRACC’s business plan and P&L targets. Directs and leads the team in achieving the company’s short and long-term goals, standardizing its processes and standards as well as improving operational efficiency. Provides day-to-day direction to the various departments; and ensures that risks are evaluated, monitored and minimized. Provides directive in setting strategic goals and making sure they are clear and measurable. Provides hands-on leadership to a lean organization and gives recommendation to the board as well top management of the mother company on directions to be taken by MRACC. Accomplishments: Was recognized and awarded as a notable Philippine Woman Leader in 2023 by CMO Asia and World Women Leadership Congress & Awards for my leadership in the organization. Manager, Alternative Distribution Channel (Integrated Marketing) January 2007 – July 2008

Responsible for tapping and developing new non-traditional distribution channels and markets for the three products of Sun Life: Life, Pre-Need and Mutual Funds. Directed and oversaw the alternative channels in meeting their sales targets for the year. Directed and supervised the salaried agents/distributors of the Company in generating business leads for the financial centers, with the end in view of converting them into actual sales. Provide assistance to brokers as well as the group insurance team in converting existing group/institutional accounts to worksite accounts. Responsibilities included development of marketing materials and sales campaigns strategies, as well as handling and supervision of special events. Accomplishments: Tapped two new bank partners, GE Money Bank and HSBC, to sell the products of Sun Life through their branches. Meet mutual fund sales targets by the third quarter of the year despite the high turn- over of employees.

Mutual Fund Product Manager (Integrated Marketing) May 2006-December 2006

Was responsible for the brand management requirement of mutual funds. Implemented marketing communication strategies to promote awareness on mutual funds and Sun Life Prosperity Funds, as well as Sun Life's expertise in wealth enhancement. Conceptualized and implemented internal and external sales promotion campaigns, as well as special events to generate mutual fund sales. Supervised, implemented and analyzed the results of market researches, surveys and focused group discussions, and provided recommendations on new growth paths to increase revenues and improve market positioning. 3

Accomplishments: Pioneered in Sun Life the use of tactical PR campaign to generate awareness and promote sale. The strategy was very effective in enhancing Sun Life’s image as an investment company and generated phenomenal sales for the Company. Through the PR campaign, SLAMC was able to hit its P3.5B annual target as early as September, despite the UITF incident in the market at that time. In November 2006, Sun Life’s mutual fund sales breached the P1 Billion level for the first time. By end of 2006, Sun Life’s mutual fund AUM grew to P11B or by 38%. This was an astonishing fete for the Company considering that it took six (6) years to reach the P8B AUM level. Within the same year, Sun Life’s Balanced Fund became a leader in its category, in terms of annual gross sales.

Head, Investor Services of Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. November 2003 to May 2006

Headed the team that provided post-sale services to mutual fund clients. Conceptualized, developed, implemented and rolled out new product features, shareholder privileges and new system/procedural enhancements to facilitate acceptance of new and subsequent sales in mutual funds, and thereby make the products and services of Sun Life Prosperity Funds competitive in the market. Was in charge of conceptualizing, organizing, implementing and evaluating special projects and events for the company with the objective of building strong client relationship and loyalty. Planned, coordinated, and oversaw the implementation of focus group discussions and client surveys to measure the satisfaction or needs of internal and external clients. Managed and directed five (5) staff in handling mutual fund collection, account management and administering mutual fund’s subscriptions, redemptions, fund transfers and non-financial transactions. Provided periodic product and administrative training to the agency force as well as call center, mutual fund, sales and training staffs, and newly licensed mutual fund representatives.

Accomplishments: Developed, prepared the implementing guidelines and procedure for the department. Rolled out ten (10) new product features which promoted subsequent investment sales and client loyalty: the Rights of Accumulation, Letter of Intent, Waived Clearing for current and new clients, Redemption Window Period, Fascimile transaction and Online SOA. Transformed a small internal company activity into major media event; therefore, generating media exposure, enhancing corporate image, client satisfaction and subsequent sales for the Company.

In terms of operations, improved the turn around and increased the accuracy in the processing and administration of mutual fund transactions from 90% to 99.5%. Formulated the policies for the department and standardized the procedure in handling various transactions. Worked closely with the IT on system enhancement. Pioneered the bi-annual Prosperity Talks to further educate existing investors and generate client loyalty. Recommended the development a new sales load structure as well as a zero-load fund, which the Company implemented to retain and attract more investors. LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (Credit Card Administration Department) Head, Marketing and Business Development Division

September 1995 to March 2000

Was primarily responsible for building up Land Bank Visa’s cardholder base and promoting card usage. Prepared Land Bank Visa’s yearly marketing plan. Identified and tapped new markets for the business. Supervised the account officers in direct selling as well as in soliciting corporate and group accounts. Worked closely with the advertising agency on the card’s advertising and sales campaign requirements. Handled the card’s market research and survey requirements. Developed and implemented Land Bank Visa’s product enhancement and customer loyalty programs. Headed the customer service unit, which handled and entertained phone-in and walk-in clients. Was the bank’s point person of Land Bank to Equitable Card Network for all aspects of the credit card business. Acted as the Head of the Department in the absence of the AVP; wherein I managed as well the operations of our Credit Evaluation and Collection Divisions.

Accomplishments: Was responsible for setting up the division, its policies and procedure. Generated 20,000 cardholders on its initial year, which brought the Land Bank among the top five (5) affiliate cards of Equitable Card Network in 1995.Ensured the presence of Land Bank Visa’s stickers, standee and take-out counters in over 5,000 merchants in Metro Manila at no cost to the Bank. Entered into several ex-deal agreement with numerous merchants to provide value added services to the cardholders without incurring any additional cost to the Bank. Set up and established the consumer banking’s mailing directory list for its direct marketing campaign. Developed and implemented a collection campaign which successfully minimized the past due rate of LandBank.

TECHNOLOGY AND LIVELIHOOD RESOURCE CENTER (Media Communications Group) Head, Media Planning and Development Division/Advertising, Sales and Promo Manager January 1995 to September 1995

Directed, supervised, coached and assisted three (3) officers in meeting the annual sales target. Conceptualized, implemented, and evaluated promotional and sales strategies to make TLRC’s information packages, such as hands-on training seminars, video tapes, radio programs, magazines, instructional printed materials and library services, accessible to its target clients/market. Lead the team in marketing TLRC’s TV and print production services to private and government agencies, and solicitation of advertisements for TLRC’s TV programs, and two livehood magazines, Negosiyete Plus and Agrisiyete Supplement. Supervised the preparation of press releases and promotional materials such as TV plugs, print ads, streamers, flyers, brochures and posters. Produced episodes for TLRC’s two livelihood instructional television programs in GMA7, Negosiyete and Agrisiyete, supervised and managed a production team in developing and producing several livelihood courses for the said programs. Was responsible from end-to-end process of TV production, which included program development, scriptwriting, field documentation, up to editing of final material. In addition, developed and produced video and print training/instructional modules for TLRC’s distance study learning program. On top of being a producer, I was also appointed a Production Manager to supervise and manage other line producers in Negosiyete. Was also responsible for media planning, identifying and scheduling of topics/courses to be aired in Negosiyete for the whole year.

Acted as liaison between TLRC, GMA 7, government agencies and private institutions in the implementation of various projects and generation of revenue for the institution as well as two television shows. 5
