Lead UX Designer

● Designed an app for an India-based Non-profit organization (Stray Care) which rescues stray animals.

● Conducted research on competitors and stakeholder interviews to recommend solutions that benefited the foundation.

● Designed wireframes and visual compositions of a process flow for the app.

Product Design

● Led the design of a new menu impacting the ordering and serving pasta process.

● Conducted interviews with university students to pinpoint issues with the existing Ritz menu, explored various solutions, and carried out A/B testing with students on these solutions to devise the final menu design.

● Enhanced customer satisfaction and ease of use through the new menu by 90% and decreased the waiting time for orders by 15%.

● Completed the UX Bootcamp and worked on a project called “UXpert” as an intern with 3 senior UX Designers.

● Interviewed UX professionals to understand pain points in using current project management tools, analysed competitors to find places for improvement and tested the product with users to get feedback.

● Usability testing resulted in more than 80% success rate for 95% of the tasks with a 10% increase in user satisfaction and receiving an overall score of 3.79 out of 5 for ease of use.
