OBJECTIVE
I am interested in employment that is remote with benefits that suits my particular, efficient and organized personality. Although my formal education is in Criminal Justice, my background contains heavy clerical, customer service and administrative. My talents are multi-faceted and I thrive on the challenge of learning new skills and even a new career so I can be of invaluable service to my employer. I the safety, care and comfort of dogs and cats that were boarded overnight in the
PetsHotel, as well as the daycare service clients’ dogs. Some of my duties were (but not
limited to): feedings (specialized and structured), water checks, individual playtimes and
walks, maintaining cleanliness and the disinfection of all areas (playrooms, kennels, etc.),
hourly night and day checks on all animals, providing companionship and nurturing to each pet
as if they were my own, the cleaning and disinfection of pet toys, blankets, beds and bowls.
This was a 10 – 16 hour per week temporary Christmas job.
Scottland Ranch Candle Company (Wittmann, Arizona)

My mother started this handmade candle and gift basket online company to honor the
memory of my only brother, Scott. He was killed on July 23, 2011 in an accident within 6
weeks of being home for good after a 2 -year stint in Iraq. His death was devastating to my
family. It was his wish for my mom and I to start our candle company again because he loved
the candles we made as a hobby. It is a family business and we felt it would be a great way to
honor him, keep us all busy, and help us try to recover from his death. In keeping with his very
generous “Pay it Forward” spirit, we donate a portion of the proceeds of every sale to charities
that were important to him. We are currently trying to line up church, school and community
fundraising events to spread the word about our company because the more we sell, the
more we can donate to charity in his honor.

I was eligible to work as an “on-call” substitute teacher for all grades (K-12) at Belt
Valley School. I was specifically requested for a particular 5th grade class because of
the high amount of positive feedback I received from the students and teacher for my

minimum hours but was solely based on teacher absences. Montana was very secluded
and was hit very hard by the economic fall so I decided to move back to Phoenix, AZ for

- I organized, ordered and coordinated mostly corporate events and a few private events.
- Used Excel in organizing and documenting orders and pricing for accounting purposes.

- Communicated with the customer continually in order to create the event they desired.
- On the event day, I was onsite to oversee the setup of the event until the event began

required to stay at the event until it ended depending on the complexity and
magnitude of the event.
Office Manager, 1/2006 – 1/2007
- I helped write sales contracts and completed Event Manager workbooks.
- I heavily researched backgrounds on different cultures and customs as well as new and
cutting edge event design concepts.
- I was the human resources contact for our office; I screened potential new employee

names and passwords, scanned quotes and work orders in our Sales Operations
Management (SOM) database.

SOM, Outlook,
Accware (accounting database) and TRMA (Softrim’s customized client management
software) databases.
- I designed employee business cards, field technician binders and brochures for the
company. Created new employee orientation materials (ex: company policies, benefit
information, etc).
- I created RETA (customized Real Estate Transaction Application database)
brochures/help indexes/manuals for clients - constantly working with the programmers
in order to learn the customized software so I could train the clients.
- I trained all RETA clients including owners, managers and administrative personnel on
how to use the RETA software via training presentations and provided continuous
customer support via phone, on-site personnel training and by email regarding the
RETA database.
- I held conferences with the president of Softrim and computer programmers in order
to keep them updated on issues relating to the software program such as questions,
comments or concerns from the clients. I informed them of suggestions regarding
programming that would help in making the software more user friendly. I consulted
with other members of the RETA support and development team to organize and help
develop RETA customization features.

documentation, and judicial matters.
- I docketed legal paperwork from attorneys and judges.
- I created case files for all new cases and matched all paper information in the order it
was received with database entries generated by other deputy court clerks.
- I retrieved booking and administrative legal paperwork from the sheriff’s office, sorted
and delivered it to the appropriate departments.
- I answered calls regarding court case information needed by the public, attorneys or
any other requestors.

- I ran a query on every name to insure the donor was not “banned” from donating
blood products in the United States. If so, I had to run a special report and my
supervisor had to be notified so the blood products could be put on hold for that donor.
I was required to be organized, sensitive to details, trusted, accurate and fast in the entry
of confidential and personal information in the database.
- I had to memorize and comprehend different blood donation codes, enter them
accurately in the database as to properly release the blood products for the lab to
process them.
National Century Financial Enterprises (Dublin, Ohio)

- I batched lockbox deposits and balanced deposits on a constant basis.
- I provided quality assurance monitoring deposited funds towards the correct lockbox at
the bank.
