In addition to managing a $278 million loan portfolio, analyzed existing and proposed credit facilities, provide marketing efforts to obtain new loan opportunities through my extensive network of investors, property owners, attorneys, appraisers, accountants and private bankers. Closed on approximately $87,000,000 in new loans in the last two years. Currently, have under Letter of Intent approximately $16,000,000 million. Supervise the overall commercial loan department from staff, the budgeting process, reviewing and issuing all Letters of Intent to final closing of all loans. Assist in high level customer service support, cross sell efforts and performing special projects for the Credit Administration Department and Board. Supervise the preparation of all documentation required for the processing of loans, review current status of existing loans, analyze current portfolio for adjustments, actions on all loans that are maturing or past due and seek loan participations from other lending institutions. Additional responsibilities included the following:

Supervised the credit underwriters in their analysis of the credit, modeling their cash flow analysis, assisted in the financial and market underwriting efforts including industry and company research, memo preparation and assisting in the loan proposal process, including accompanying the Lending Team on customer and prospect calls, and various other sales/customer oriented projects.

Monitor loan portfolio, performed risk adjustments allocations and loan reviews.

Met Project – Directly involved in the obtaining the government approvals including site plan, design, and density. In addition, responsible for all financial modeling, financial projections, market analysis and finally involved in the development process including architectural and construction design, overseeing permit process of a mixed-use project, attending all progress meetings of 3.7 million square feet of residential condominiums and apartments, office, retail and parking uses.

Element - Directly involved in the obtaining the government approvals including site plan, design, and density for a 322-condominium project in Atlanta. In addition, responsible for all financial modeling, financial projections, market analysis and involved in the development process including architectural and construction design, overseeing permit process of the project.

Imperial Lakes – On behalf of a local bank managed a REO workout asset with 1,548 residential communities with single-family homes, patio homes and multi-family rentals. The development project included finishing the infrastructure, construction of the residential units and marketing and selling of the units.

Palm Beach, FL – Purchased in foreclosure a 1,200 acre mix-use business park. Contracted to perform the acquisition, due diligence, zoning, bond financing review and to resolve any issues in order to close the transaction. Afterwards, controlled the day-to-day redevelopment of a 1,200-acre mix-use business park on behalf of a foreign German Client (S&K Property Management).

On behalf of an institutional client, the company also provided loan and property portfolio performance workouts, portfolio evaluations, and underwriting and market analysis.

On behalf of a foreign client purchased a National Warehouse Distribution Portfolio- United States - An acquisition of a 22 property industrial portfolio consisting of 5,450,000 square feet at a price of $270,000,000.

FALCON REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY, Miami, FL 1992-2010

Senior Vice President/Partner

Investment Director for the Southeast, MidAtlantic and Midwest US-Primarily involved with acquisition, asset management, new investment fund development and development projects on behalf of institutional and high net worth foreign investors for the United States real estate market. As Partner, I was involved in evaluating and guiding all facets of real estate investments for acquisition, development, financing, dispositions, developing specialized tax structures for Non-US residents, workouts, structured joint ventures and private placements.
